Here’s a question I answered at one of my online events:

Q: Can you speak to this idea of relationships, and letting go of relationships that might not be as healthy?

A: In the dualistic realm, relationships are one of the main sources of fueling the energetic system. We tend to get matched with people where the differences in our frequencies are designed to maximize the disturbances. It sounds quite harsh, but actually, that’s the reality.

The opportunity for smooth relationships, especially when the conditioning and the programming of duality is running, is not easy.

A solution is to see the relationships from Impersonal Being rather than from the personal mode, because you’re the Infinite Impersonal Being. You have the delight of the personal realm of experience of yourself, and you can have experiences in a way where you experience unity in the relationship.

So, rather than the idea that you’re a personal self and then you’re having these relationships with these other beings, which is transactional, you can change the context where you’re seeing yourself as the infinite field of awareness within which these various characters are appearing with their funny little idiosyncrasies. Then you can see it more so the transactional aspect doesn’t really become so energized.

By seeing the invitations, especially the conditioned ones which are familiar to you—maybe ones that you’ve seen played out in the family members, or different models that you’ve experienced through life—you’ll begin to be able to just regulate it all on your terms. This way, you can have relationships where a sense of mutuality and being loving towards everyone is the priority, and seeing the invitations into any kind of disturbance or any kind of transaction is all part of the energy system.

Within Unity Consciousness, there is no transaction; there is no deal, because there’s only the One Being. The transactions come into place when we’re doing a deal with other people—energetic transactions where we’re each trying to get the upper hand in the energetic transaction.
