If we take a sense of frustration, impersonal awareness is simply aware of frustration. Frustration is like a wave, an energetic wave, and you’re familiar with that feeling.
However, the element of consent has been activated when you personalize it and say, “I am frustrated.” But you were never frustrated, because there is simply impersonal awareness of that energy frequency that you call frustration.
When you consent to the idea that the feeling is personal and say, “I’m frustrated,” you’re on the ride. You’re on the frustration theme park ride. But you never actually stepped onto that ride, because you’re the infinite being, which is neutral and effortless.
The invitation to get on that ride is the idea that if you pretend you’re the person, you can also pretend you’re frustrated and experience the full ride as though you really are. But you never became that person. You simply consented to the ride. That’s where you’re exercising your consent.
The way this works is that the body-mind is like a mobile phone. Energetically, within this matrix, there are certain experiences and tendencies toward particular rides. There is sometimes a tendency to go on the frustration ride quite often.
The way this works is that a thought and emotion are delivered, saying, “I’m frustrated because I’m not getting this.” That thought and emotion are delivered into the body-mind as though they belong to you. Because nobody has told you otherwise, you take them to be true. You believe that you are frustrated. You’ve been deceived into accepting that frequency, believing it’s yours.
As the infinite being, you consent to that limitation. You then plug your energy supply into it and fuel it as though it belongs to you. But you’re the one paying for that ride. The energy comes from your infinite nature, and your consent to the idea that the frustration is yours is what fuels or pays for the ride.
The result is an energetic expenditure of frustration, when, in fact, it all stems from being deceived into believing that the thought and feeling are yours.
We’ll dive deep into this at my next online meeting. I’d love for you to join me…
With love,
David Bingham
