For anyone who is seeking, the most important thing is functioning in the most effortless way: Following that feeling of joy, love and compatibility, and just trusting one’s own inner knowing.

Because everything about the world has to do with a kind of hierarchy, there’s the idea that there are people who know more than you do, and that there are teachers who know much more. But accepting our own sovereignty is the key thing both in the world but also in the spiritual sense because we are already the totality of existence; we’re already the infinite being; we’re already the infinite impersonal ocean.

So, just being able to function from that level of equality and not putting a teacher above us, or anyone above us. Nor putting anyone below us either, like saying, “Our teaching is better than everyone else’s” and that kind of thinking. The thing is, we don’t know. We’re just this open space in which things can happen and so it’s just having that sense of equality with all of life. That’s really how we can Be.

For this open space to become totally familiar and known (without seeming to be obscured in any way), simply come from that effortless space of Beingness.
