Yes, it is. This world appears to be a challenge because it invites us into the realm of limitation. It draws us into the individual realm of experience, and in many ways, it is an energy game.

The tendencies that exist within us — especially emotional ones — are often inherited. We download emotional content from our parents. Even before birth, the frequencies and tendencies of our mum are integrated into our system. We become fully familiar with the limitations they carry. If there is fear, doubt, low self-worth, or other limiting frequencies, they are turned on from birth or very early in life.

However, when we begin to recognize that we function from our infinite nature, it gives us a completely different outlook on experience. Everything is by invitation, and everything is by consent. We have consented to each of those layers of experience, and we’ve consented to the human experience. But what we are not told is that the human body-mind is more like a radio receiver, and thoughts and emotions are being transmitted into the body-mind; people believe these thoughts and emotions are their own.

It is a frequency game. If there is a family tendency toward low self-worth, for example, the invitations that are delivered tend to encourage identification with that experience. It’s like a little groove that has been set up.

Once we realize that it works in this way, then we begin to see that the experiences we are having are reflections of the thoughts we are holding to be true. We project our beliefs into the world, and they return to us as experience.
