Do We Create Our Reality?

by | Feb 6, 2026

The simple answer to that is we are already creating our own reality in a sense, because the truth is that everyone, in essence, remains as the Sovereign Being. The Sovereign Infinite Being—there is only one Being, and you are it, just as everyone is it.

We then consent to these various filters of limitation. First, we consent to the limitation of infinite bliss. Then we consent to the limitation of all forms arising equally and effortlessly within effortless being. From there, we consent to the dualistic mind, which is based on preference—like and dislike and all those things. Then we consent to the emotional realm, the etheric realm, and finally to the physical realm.

The way to consciously create the experiences we wish to have is, as much as possible, to remain in alignment with our infinite nature rather than with individuality. There are concepts like the Law of Attraction, for instance, where people say you can create your reality by using intentions, gratitude, affirmations, and that kind of thing. There is value in that, and it can be effective on a personal level.

However, the way we can truly align with our purpose in life is to actually hand over responsibility to Effortless Being, because life is really designed to be very playful and quite child-like. When we experience from Effortless Being, we are not giving the responsibility of our life experience to the mind because Infinite being is infinitely intelligent, and it will take care of things for us effortlessly.

When we step into the mind and say, “I’m doing this” or “I need this,” the idea of manifestation—especially with things like the Law of Attraction—is actually based on lack. It’s the idea that if I have these things—if I have the new car, the new girlfriend, the new house, the new bank account, or whatever—then that’s what I need to be happy. That all comes from a sense of lack.

It is actually much better to recognize that everyone has a purpose, and the best way to discover it is to begin to function from their Infinite Nature. This means noticing the things that come to you effortlessly rather than pursuing things. When you do that, life can become the most amazing adventure, because infinite intelligence will devise things in a way where it all works out.
