When the stability and the foundation of our true Infinite Nature is fully known, it doesn’t matter what’s going on. It doesn’t matter what’s going on in the world and it doesn’t matter what’s going on an individual level. It’s only a play, a story.

When everything is just going on as it is and we’re not affected by it, there’s the total clarity of our Infinite Nature. This doesn’t mean that we don’t have the experiences, but it’s just that we’re not bothered by them. They don’t really matter.

This is total liberation.

It’s like when we go to the cinema and we’re watching a film. We can become really absorbed in that film and even identify with one of the characters; we think it’s all very real. While the identification is happening, we’re totally immersed in the drama and it all really seems to be going on.

But then there’s a point at which there’s a realization when we remember it’s only a film. When that happens we can have the joy of the film without having to endure the roller coaster ride of the emotions and the turbulence that goes with it. We’re just resting as our Infinite Nature and enjoying the ride as the story unfolds.
