Where Does Intelligence Come From?

by | Mar 26, 2026

There are two sources of intelligence available to humans. You could say that the source coming through the body of wisdom is God, or infinite intelligence. Everything coming through the body of wisdom is a combination of infinite intelligence with infinite love and infinite compassion.

The dualistic realm, which is the mental, emotional, and physical realm, is a self-contained system. It’s like a virtual reality—in India they call it Maya. It’s like an illusion or a simulation. The intelligence operating in that system is an independent form of intelligence, almost like a supercomputer.

In Gnosticism, they call it the demiurge. The word “demi” means half, and “urge” means creative, so it’s a sort of half intelligence. It’s infinitely intelligent, but lacking love and compassion. If you look at the world we live in, that’s the world we live in. If you look at all the systems operating here, that’s how they function.

In Hinduism, they call it Kali Yuga. They describe it as an inversion. There are these various ages—the Golden Age, the Silver Age, the Bronze Age, and the Iron Age. The current age is the Iron Age.

Satya Yuga is infinite love combined with infinite intelligence. The component that dissolves from the Golden Age down to the Iron Age is love and compassion. In the current age, creation has become predatory, and is not in alignment with the Impersonal Being.

Just remember to follow your own intuition. Realization tends to come when people are ready, so it’s about following a sense of inspiration. If anyone listens to this and feels it isn’t for them, that’s absolutely fine—don’t strain. If it gives a feeling of lightness, infinite possibilities, and that things can develop, then it’s worth exploring.

For everyone, following their own inner knowing is key, because that will take them to realization. If there is a strong desire and determination for realization, then infinite intelligence will organize things for that to happen.

The most important thing to know is that everyone is already the infinite being. We’ve simply consented to these filters, called the koshas, which give rise to identification with individuality—with the mind, emotions, and the physical realm. Most people identify with those realms, thinking them to be true, when they’re more like funfair rides.

Once it’s seen that your true infinite nature is ever-present, it becomes clear that it isn’t a destination—it’s already true. There’s nothing new to be found. It’s a case of mistaken identity: believing ourselves to be a human being in its own space.

It’s like being given a job at a theater, where you play a character in a play. You become so enamored with it that you completely identify with the character—and forget to go home: The Impersonal Being.
