There is a process of consent. We are actually resting as the pristine, infinite being. In this moment, or in any moment, we are only ever the infinite being, which just is. It is neutral, timeless, present, aware of itself and isn’t limited by form.

We are remaining as sovereign being, which means that we can decide what we consent to. However, many structures in this world are designed to make us consent to things without realizing that we are giving consent. That is how the legal system works, the medical system, the financial system — it is all about getting people to consent.

Playing the game of duality with our parents, they invite us to identify with the body-mind and pretend we are a little child called “I.” This is the beginning of that process. But it never actually took place.

There are two forms of intelligence available to humans. One is the intelligence available in the body of wisdom, or effortless being. This is a combination of infinite intelligence and infinite love.

The intelligence available in the mental body is a combination of intelligence and fear. We have these two options available in any moment, and as the sovereign being, we can decide which one we are going to opt for.

So there is really no personal karma to resolve. There are tendencies we have identified with, or consented to, certain experiences in the past, and they have created a kind of delivery system. If we have consented to things in the past, it sets a precedent for things of a similar frequency to be delivered to us.

The simple knowing, though, is that you are resting as the pristine, infinite being. You never became anything other than that. Everything actually only takes place in this moment.

So here we are, just resting as the infinite being. That is all we can be. But there can be an invitation that arises.
You might get an invitation that is delivered: the idea that the mind doesn’t want to let go of being center stage and thinking it is calling the shots. But actually, the mind has never been center stage.

If we consent to the idea that it is, and everything in this world is reinforcing the idea that the mind is center stage, then we — the infinite being — actually consent to giving authority to the mind. Then it seems to be withholding things and creating all sorts of experiences, but it is only by virtue of your consent that you give it that power. It doesn’t have any.y to the mind.
