www.davidbingham.org/events At the age of eighteen, Stephan met his guru in the Hindu tradition which was the beginning of a devotional practice. In October 2024, Stephan's friend, Adam Rizvi, who is also featured on David's channel, sent a copy of the book: "Effortless Being". Reading the book activated the experience of bliss consciousness. A new level of clarity emerged: "there is effortless, impersonal awareness of bliss". More recently, there have also been experiences of unity consciousness, where everything effortlessly arising appears as if it's on a screen, and there is no more distance between objects. Since the realization of effortless Being, he's noticed at work the effect of watching the body-mind doing its job as if it knows exactly what to say and do but there is effortless awareness in the background watching it all happen with no investment in how it unfolds. "My job just happens. I see patients, I love them, I speak to the nurses and other doctors loving them all and it all just happens. No efforting at all!"

Even in kindergarten, she was sensitive and creative, dancing, singing and painting. As a young adult, she attained admission into a prestigious acting school. Whilst creating and acting, she experienced flow states of complete presence and effortless Being, at times feeling powerful creative solutions and expressions coming through effortlessly without Nina doing anything. This was often followed by invitations into anxiety. Intuition led back to these flow states again and again. Five years ago, there was awareness of Unity and impersonal love and of being outside of time. Body, mind and emotions went into a state of shock. Something was "activated", which was the beginning of spiritual seeking. There was a lot of suffering, deep patterns seemingly rose to the surface. Intuitively, there was a knowing of this being something positive, that something real was emerging, a recognition from childhood. In the years that followed, more time has been spent alone. Basic needs and living situation have been resolved in quite miraculous and effortless ways. A new level of intuitive guidance and synchronicity has emerged.

www.davidbingham.org/events Johannes sent this email to David: "I recently came across your videos online and I was wondering if perhaps you could help me as I am in a pretty tight spot... In short: I lost the sense of being a "psychological person" which revealed the "character" or Presence/watching, i lived like that for a couple of months which i would regard as without the psychological chatter. It was not an "awesome experience", actually i would describe it as very ordinary, in a sense, almost boring. However, after a "perfect storm" i am back as the person, who now has to do something about the problem. Which I find hard to buy into, yet it seems true. I don't really know who I am, or what to do, knowing in a sense that that is the illusion. I dont think or feel that I have any power, and I feel false, or untrue. It's pretty entangled unfortunately. It is clear to me that in one sense I am feeding it, but I do not know how. Could you please help me?"

And from there on I could notice a subttle shift: The seeking fell away and the sense of wanting anything from the world (to make me happy) also dropped. Most of day-to-day experience is permeated by a quiet underlying peace that sometimes bubbles up as a louder joy. Nevertheless I faced many strong invitations following realization, mostly on the emotional level, especially strong bodily tensions rising up in the 3 months after realisation. Now it’s much quieter on the emotional level but I still get invitations from the mind that are a bit tricky. Also I have a few questions about the process of integration and unity consciousness as well as the sense of “no person here”, which I experience sometimes but not all the time it seems."
