Just show up and have fun. That’s the essence of it all.
It’s the opposite of everything we’ve been conditioned to believe. We’re taught that effort is required, that we must strive, push, and make things happen. But the truth is much simpler: just arrive—fully, openly—and let joy, lightness, and playfulness guide you. It’s in this effortless presence that the Infinite Being moves through you, revealing the next unfolding, the next offering, the next gift that is already yours to receive.
There is nothing to force. Nothing to figure out. Just this moment, here and now.
Effortlessness is not something to attain—it is what remains when effort dissolves. The only thing obscuring ease is the belief that we must work for it. But when we stop striving, we allow life to move as it always has: freely, fluidly, perfectly.
All that’s required is presence. Everything else takes care of itself.
With love,
David Bingham
