During the process of integration, we have to release concepts of limitation and the kind of self-judgment that often accompanies them. That is crucial. When you know that your true nature is neutrality—and that it is effortless—you have to come into a position where you are on a level of equality with all of life.
If you are holding a concept of limitation—whether believing you are better than other people or not as good as other people—those concepts have to be completely erased. The portal into one’s true nature, our true nature, is totally stable, and it is welcoming in its own nature. To realize it, we have to align ourselves with the attributes of our Infinite Nature. We have to create that environment within our own inner knowing in order to do so.
Learning to let go of concepts of limitation is extremely important. This can happen before realization, and sometimes it needs to happen afterward, because there can be a residue that remains.
The key is to remain neutral in situations of adversity, which many people have experienced this year. We do this by observing the mind. When we begin to notice that we can observe our thoughts and emotions, we realize that we are not the thoughts and we are not the emotions. It is the very act of witnessing the thoughts and witnessing the feelings that disconnects the energy supply from them. It is our own energy that feeds these emotions, and when we realize that it is possible to disconnect that energy supply, we are able to remain neutral. In the current circumstances, the best thing we can do for ourselves is to remain emotionally neutral, because that preserves our health and energy.
On a collective level, remaining neutral also means we are not feeding collective fear, and that is very important to understand. If everyone could realize this, the situation we find ourselves in collectively would dissolve. We have collectively fed it, and therefore we are also able to dissolve it. Fortunately, this is also what is best for us individually.
